My wife Lisa and I were looking for a home to retire too and our sister-in-law recommended David Alan Baker EXP REALTY to help us find a home. We gave David a call and talk over what we were looking for. This move was not only a blind faith move and sort of a relocation in a sense from California to Arizona. Two items of importance was a pool and A/C, seeing how we are both sun worshipers. Basically my wife and I bought our new house sight unseen and we put our trust in David. Which he treated us as if we were long lost friends and part of his family which meant a lot. David sent us some homes to look at online and we found our future gem in the second home we looked at. Our sister-in-law and David went to the house and had me on FaceTime for the viewing. David’s calm demeanor and his wealth of knowledge was detrimental in our decision making on this home. David also recommended Mike Roman as our mortgage broker who also works on VA loans. The whole transaction from start to finish was accomplished without a hiccup and went smooth as silk! I interviewed a couple of agents, but really wanted to use someone that was not only familiar with the Laveen Arizona area, but also a successful realtor in the area as well. I needed a realtor that would go to my empty house and check for any disturbances while I was absent. David also helped me with locating a handy man for the work needed for a VA loan. David was ALWAYS accessable either by phone, text or email. David Baker fit all my needs, and was the realtor I choose. We just closed, and I couldn't be happier!

David Baker came referred to me from another realtor in another state. David was able to get my home sold with multiple offers in literally 2 days. The process went smooth and he has been available to answer questions even after the sale was final. I also have pets and he really made sure they were safe during the whole process and kept my mind at ease.
